Privacy
Information you share with us.
This notice describes information used to respond to enquiries made through the Phuc Khanh Plywood website and its email contact channel.
What you provide
An enquiry can include your name, email address, company, country or destination port, panel requirements, quantities and the message you choose to send. Include only what is needed to discuss the order; do not send payment-card details or passwords.
How we use your enquiry
We use enquiry information to reply, clarify a specification, discuss samples and prepare a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Your message is not published on the website.
Browser submission state
When you submit the form, this tab’s session storage keeps the request reference and whether the submission is still pending or unconfirmed. It does not store your name, email address or enquiry text. The marker is cleared after confirmed acceptance or when you explicitly start a separate enquiry.
If a response is lost, the form retains the reference and asks you to contact the team before sending the same enquiry again. A request reference identifies an attempt; it is not proof of inbox delivery.
Website and email services
Cloudflare provides hosting for this website and enquiry form. When form delivery is enabled, accepted enquiries are sent to the Phuc Khanh export inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. These services process information needed to host the website, protect the endpoint and handle the message.
When anti-spam verification is enabled, Cloudflare also processes the verification token and network address needed for that check.
If the form reports that sending is unavailable, use the email link instead. A timeout or submission error may leave delivery unconfirmed. A form acceptance message means the email service accepted the request; it is not proof that someone has received or read it.
Analytics and your choices
Website analytics and advertising tags are currently disabled. You can browse the product information without submitting an enquiry. Email links open your own email service, and external reference links lead to services with their own privacy notices.
Access and retention
The export team uses enquiry information for the conversation and any resulting commercial relationship. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion and identify the enquiry concerned. Records needed for an active transaction or an applicable recordkeeping obligation may need to be retained.
